Biography
Sassi di Matera Strings is part of a bigger ensemble called Matera Rolling Orchestra, a young, open-minded orchestra dedicated to visual arts and present-day productions, recorded in an unbelievable stone theater in ancient Matera, Italy. Founded by viola player Anna Maria Losignore, sound engineer Angelo Cannarile, and composer/producer Federico Ferrandina, Matera Rolling Orchestra has collaborated with Redcola Music in an innovative music production for theatrical marketing.
The Sassi di Matera quartet members are Nello Alessandrella, Elena Di Felice, Anna Maria Losignore, and Claudia Fiore.
