Biography

Nico Bereciartua is a musician and composer. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1980 and was raised in a family of musicians. He started playing guitar at the age of 12 after listening to Robert Johnson and quickly got deep into slide guitar. In 2002, after playing with several bands, he and his father formed Viticus, with this band he toured Southamerica and Europe several times and released four studio records until his departure. In 2004 he also joined the iconic argentinian band Riff for some shows. Rolling Stone magazine named him one of the best guitar players of Argentina and in 2015 he released his first solo record, an instrumental album with great reviews by the local press.
