Biography
Greg has showcased his Hawaiian steel guitar talent performing locally in Hawaii and abroad. He is the winner of the 2014 Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Instrumental Album of the year for his “Stainless” – Steel Guitar Stylings of Greg Sardinha. He has the reputation as the steel guitar player who has the ability to present old Hawaii with a contemporary twist. He’s contributed to numerous of recording projects with a variety of Hawaii’s top recording artists and has adapted his styling of the Hawaiian steel guitar to a diverse group of musical styles such as traditional Hawaiian, contemporary Hawaiian, reggae, country rock and folk. His discography includes work on over a hundred albums as an instrumentalist and/or producer.
